Mixing Instructions:
Mix with 10, 20, 30, or 40 volume Pro-Oxide Cream Developer.
Off-scalp applications:
Mix in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, based on desired consistency.
If using a 1:2 ratio, do not exceed 30 volume developer.
On-scalp applications:
Mix only in a 1:2 ratio.
Use a maximum of 30 volume developer.
Usage Tip:
